MicroAdvances can manufacture custom bonded fluid circuit plates to user specifications. If you need a custom air manifold, liquid manifold, or a special integrated fluid circuit, we have the expertise to put your ideas into reality.

The photo at left shows an example of a custom bonded plate made in three layers of acrylic plastic (6" x 10" x .62"). This integrated fluid circuit plate was specified by a large medical corporation for the use in a blood analyzer. It was designed for liquid valves, air valves, diaphragm pumps, chokes, check-valves, #10-32 fittings, and Quick-Disconnect fittings. The smallest screw threads are 1-72 UNF. Polished milled grooves provide clear, smooth fluid paths. Note the milled-cut lettering, designating the identification of fittings, part number, etc. The smallest fluid path grooves on this plate are .040" wide, .040" deep.
