Standard Fluid Distribution Manifold
CNC Machining:
Threaded and clearance holes are machined in the top layer, and the fluid-path grooves are machined in the bottom layer. Choose either clear acrylic or clear PVC.
Solvent Bonding:
MicroAdvances exclusive low temperature bonding method allows for tight tolerancing. The end result actually fuses the plastic layers into one solid plastic piece.
Annealing, polishing
- After bonding, the manifold is annealed for stress-free operation, and then polished to a crystal clear finish. Add your own fittings to meet your design requirements.
- MicroAdvances Standard Distribution Manifold allows up to 22 fittings with 10-32 (or M5) threads. Choose your own fluid path and the number of fittings.

Our standard distribution manifold covers most air and liquid distribution needs. Specify your own fluid path interconnections and groove widths and MicroAdvances can manufacture it for you.
