ABOUT PLASTIC MANIFOLDS

The photo shows 3 examples of plastic manifolds, designed for ten miniature 10mm air valves. The quick-disconnect model (top) offers a thumbscrew removable rail of fittings. The manifold body (middle) consists of two bonded layers of acrylic or PVC plastic. Cost effective 10-32 screw fitting manifolds are also available (bottom).

MicroAdvances valve manifolds offer the smallest and lightest package available for the control of air and liquid valves. Most manifolds are made of metal; our manifold bodies are made of light weight durable plastic.

We have made custom or standard manifolds for many valve manufacturers such as: Angar, Bio-Chem, Burkert, Clippard, Festo, Humphrey, Lee, Norgren, NResearch, Numatech, Pneucon, SMC, and many others.

FOOTPRINT OPTIONS: Single row from 2 to 16 valves or double row from 4 to 32 valves

(Double row may have valves back-to-back or be center ported)

Layers: 2 @ .21 thick each (3 layers for complex custom designs)

Screw threads: 1-72 UNF up to 1/4-28 UNF
