DIAPHRAGM LIQUID PUMPS

Designed for precision liquid delivery in a pharmaceutical filling machine, this series of pumps delivers 500 microliters (±0.6%) per pump with an adjustable volume of ±100 microliters. A single 3 port miniature valve operates all pumps. Below each pump are two removable check-valves. The acrylic plate measures 8.00" x 2.75" x .64". (Also see this photo)

This photo shows an example of a custom diaphragm pump plate (4" x 6" x .63") controlled by electrical solenoid valves. Note the four black diaphragms in four different sizes. From left to right, the volumes are: 100µl, 215µl, 555µl, and 2000µl (2cc). Each pump has a screw mounted in the pump body which allows adjustment to the pump volume.

Custom plates can combine pumps with valves, chokes, fittings, etc.

Polished fluid paths as small as .020" wide, .015" deep

Screw threads in plastic from 1-72 to 1/2-28

Opaque colors available for each acrylic layer
